Online booking is available to all patients with a family physician at our clinic.

Can't find a suitable slot? Call the clinic at 250-768-6920 if there are no online booking spots available, or if you need an on-site appointment with your own family physician.
What you will need
- Your name and date of birth
- Your BC personal health number
- A valid email address
Booking for a telemedicine visit
If you book a telephone or video appointment, a link will be sent to your email address at least 24 hours before your appointment. Read more about telemedicine appointments.
Appointment policy
Please make a list of your medical concerns before your visit, and book a separate appointment for each unrelated concern. This allows your physician to give each issue the time it needs.
Weekday appointments are by booking only. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent cases — please call. At weekends we see both walk-in patients and pre-booked appointments, and clinic patients are seen by the family physician on duty.

- Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Walk-in and pre-booked appointments
- Sunday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Walk-in and pre-booked appointments
