How care works here

Each patient has a designated family physician, but has access to all the other physicians at the clinic if their own family physician is unavailable. This lets us provide continuous care without gaps when someone is away.

Family medicine services are only for patients registered with this clinic. If you are looking for a family doctor, see how to apply.

Appointments

Weekday attendance is by booked appointment only. You can book online or call the clinic at 250-768-6920. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent cases.

Please make a list of your medical concerns before your visit, and book a separate appointment for each unrelated concern.

Extended hours

The clinic is open seven days a week: 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm on Saturday, and 8am to midday on Sunday. Weekend clinics run on a walk-in and pre-booked appointment basis, and clinic patients are seen by the family physician on duty.

Prescriptions

Physicians at this clinic do not prescribe narcotic medication to new patients until the appropriateness has been determined. We do not write narcotic prescriptions for patients referred to our pain clinic.

Your records and your information

The clinic is fully computerized and uses an electronic medical record. We also use artificial intelligence for clinic note transcription, with your consent. Read our privacy information.
